Members Business Features
FrostFire’s patent pending technology accounts for the changes in air density building Make Up Air systems. By dynamically making intelligent adjustment for conditions the FrostFire technology improves the unit efficiency. Reduces natural gas and electrical consumption, reduces green house gas emissions, lowers carbon taxes and helps maintain building envelope in extreme conditions.
Pace recently released a new case study from Kingston, Ontario showcasing the energy-saving qualities of Endotherm boiler treatment and proving an average energy savings of 12.32%. Based on these results, the City of Kingston is now expanding EndoTherm to all applicable buildings across its portfolio.
Optiem Energy harnesses state of-the-art Edge Computing, IoT, and AI technology to achieve energy savings of up to 43%. The resulting base-line energy consumption analytics supported subsequent retrofits to generate $8 million annual savings in electricity consumption for the Hillsborough school district.
Optiem’s solution is no-CAPEX and zero upfront cost, delivering net-positive OPEX within weeks of implementation. For municipalities managing tight budgets, this means immediate ROI without capital reallocation.
They also offer a complimentary energy GAP analysis that benchmarks each facility’s infrastructure efficiency against global performance standards in the same sector (95% confidence interval). This assessment provides actionable insights for immediate efficiency gains, positioning municipalities to access provincial and federal retrofit funding as programs become available.
