- Beth Thola, Asset Management Coordinator
Beth Thola earned the IPWEA Professional Certification in Asset Management Planning in 2018 and a GIS certificate in 1999. With a career in Municipal Government spanning 25 years complimented with over 10 years of experience in construction inspection and materials testing, Beth uses her expertise to guide the organization in formalizing asset management practices for sustainable and efficient infrastructure planning
- Andy Treu, Environmental Services Manager
Andy Treu holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Alberta (1999) and a Bachelor of Applied Geographic Information Systems from SAIT (2004). Since joining the municipality in 2003, Andy has advanced through roles in GIS to Environmental Services Manager. Andy has played a key role in championing the Asset Management Plan (AMP) for deep utilities, demonstrating expertise in sustainable infrastructure and environmental management

Mr. Burton lives in the hamlet of DeBolt, Alberta located in the Municipal District of Greenview. Tom and his wife, Alisa who have been married 44 years, have resided in the area since 1976. They have 2 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. Tom has had numerous occupations including an Instrument Technician for Alberta Transportation, owner/operator of a trucking company that provided service to the forest and gravel industry, as well as the private sector, owner/operator of the DeBolt Esso Service, which operated a service station that had fuel sales, automotive repairs, and restaurant, General Manager of the DeBolt & District Agricultural Society that managed an Agricultural Society that included a Curling Rink, Golf Course, Community Hall and provided an Annual Fair. Tom was first elected to the Municipal District of Greenview council in 2001, now serving in his 24th year. He has also served on numerous municipal, provincial, and federal committees over the years, some which include the DeBolt Fire and Rescue for 27+ years, 25 years as the Chief, and as 14 years as District 4 Director of the Rural Municipalities of Alberta Board. Tom is a recipient of the Queen’s Jubilee Award, among many other appreciation certificates.
